• 10 AM for on-the-day (same-day) booking
• Cut-off does not apply to advance booking (at least 1 day in advance)

Every order placed is electronically time stamped. So if you are placing an on-the-day booking for AM PICK-UP | SAME DAY DELIVERY after 10 AM, please order the PM PICK-UP | NEXT DAY DELIVERY instead.

If you are booking at least a day in advance before the requested service, feel free to ignore the cut-off time. It only applies for on-the-day bookings.

PAYMENT

• Pay CASH to our Authorized Pick-up/Delivery Agent (APDA) upon pick-up

DELIVERY

• For SAME DAY DELIVERY, we deliver laundry anytime until 5 PM.
• Please be ready in the afternoon as we deliver anytime soon as we finished the laundry works, subject to the availability of our APDA.
• In case you are unable to claim/receive your laundry from our APDA, please send us the complete NAME of your Authorized Representative (as it appears on his/her ID Card) through MESSENGER. Our APDA will release your laundry to only after he/she was able to personally take a picture of the ID Card of your Authorized Representative (together with your laundry being delivered) as a proof of delivery.
• Any special request regarding the delivery time have to communicated through MESSENGER and will be subject to the availability of our APDA.
• For failed delivery (such in case when you, or your Authorized Representative, was unavailable to claim/receive your laundry during our delivery), we will try to re-deliver your laundry the following day, depending on the availability of our APDA.
• After two (2) failed deliveries (first and second delivery), we will no longer re-deliver your laundry and any payment associated with the delivery cost will be forfeited in favor of BzBee’s Laundromat. You can claim your laundry at our shop within seven (7) calendar days during which we do not charge any storage fee.
• We deliver back laundry to the pick-up location. We don’t deliver laundry to any address other than where our APDA received your laundry.

IMPORTANT

• Please do not include valuable and/or branded clothing in your laundry when availing this service. In advance, we disclaim any responsibility and/or accountability for valuable and/or branded clothing that was/were sent to our shop, or erroneously accepted by our APDA/shop personnel, under this service. Valuable and/or branded clothing should be personally washed and dried by the owner with our Self-Service Wash & Dry Bundle.
• Maximum of 8 kilograms per cycle only. If your laundry is more than 8 kilograms and you need to increase the quantity (STOCK) of cycles in the “ADD TO CART” section below to indicate the number of cycles you have to use.
