Laundry agents can be purchased at the laundry shop. Customers may also bring their laundry agents at their discretion.

Payment

  • Please pay PHP 280.00 (per cycle), in CASH, to our Authorized Pick-up/Delivery Agent (APDA) during laundry pick-up.

On-the-day Booking

Placing an order for a service to be availed on the same day the booking is being made is referred to as “on-the-day booking.”

Below is the booking cut-off time to be strictly observed:

  • 10 AM – For AM PICK-UP | SAME DAY DELIVERY, the booking needs to be placed on or before 10 AM. Any orders placed after 10 AM will be considered PM PICK-UP | NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
  • 12 NOON – For PM PICK-UP | NEXT DAY DELIVERY, the booking needs to be placed on or before 12 NOON. Any orders placed after 12 NOON will be considered AM PICK-UP | SAME DAY DELIVERY.

Time:

  • Arbitrarily, customers have to follow the same that is being used by BzBee’s Laundromat which is the TIME showing/appearing at www.timeanddate.com for Manila, Philippines.

Advanced Booking

We encourage advanced booking (at least 1 day ahead) to avoid the cut-off time for the on-the-day booking.

Customers who are booking at least a day in advance before the requested service may ignore the cut-off time.

    Pick-up

    Below is our pick-up schedule:

    • 9 a.m. to 12 noon for MORNING pick-up
    • 1 p.m to 3 p.m. for AFTERNOON pick-up

    Please make yourself available during the schedule as mentioned above, depending on the service you booked.

    BzBee’s will send you a text notification that our APDA is on the way to pick-up your laundry anytime, subject to the schedule above.

    Our APDA will also send a text message upon reaching your vicinity.

    We may not be able to collect laundry if our APDA has to pass through small alleyways. Similarly, our APDA may not be able to leave some collected laundry in his/her vehicle while getting your laundry.

    Our APDA will be waiting for your laundry along the main roads. Please approach and bring your laundry to our APDA within 5 minutes from the time we have sent notice of his/her arrival within your vicinity. 

    Delivery

    Below is our delivery schedule:

    • 9 a.m. to 12 noon for MORNING delivery
    • 2 p.m to 5 p.m. for AFTERNOON delivery

    Please make yourself available during the schedule as mentioned above, depending on the service you booked.

    BzBee’s will send you a text notification that our APDA is on the way to deliver your laundry anytime, subject to the schedule above.

    Our APDA will also send a text message upon reaching your vicinity.

    We will deliver your fresh laundry at the same place where we get it. So please meet our APDA at the pick-up place to claim your laundry.

    Our APDA will be waiting for you along the main roads. Please approach and claim your fresh laundry within 5 minutes from the time we have sent notice of the arrival of our APDA within your vicinity. 

    Pick-up/Delivery Concerns

    For concerns about pick-up/delivery, customers may send their message through our MESSENGER. For our reference, please include your order number and your booked slot/schedule in your notification. 

    Important

    • In case you are unable to claim/receive your laundry from our APDA, please send us the complete NAME of your Authorized Representative (as it appears on his/her ID Card) through MESSENGER. Our APDA will release your laundry to only after he/she was able to take a picture of the laundry being delivered, together with the ID Card of your Authorized Representative.
    • Any special request regarding the delivery time has to be communicated through MESSENGER and will be subject to the availability of our APDA.
    • For failed delivery (such in case of the customer or his/her Authorized Representative is unavailable, or was not able, to claim/receive their laundry during our delivery), we will try to re-deliver your laundry the following day, depending on the availability of our APDA.
    • After two (2) failed deliveries, we will no longer re-deliver your laundry, and any payment associated with the delivery cost will be forfeited in favor of Bz Bee’s Laundromat. You can claim your laundry at our shop within seven (7) calendar days, during which we do not charge any storage fee.
    • We deliver back your laundry to the pick-up location. We don’t deliver laundry to any address other than where our agent received your laundry

    After 2 Failed Delivery Attempts

    Claiming of Laundry

    • You may claim your laundry within seven (7) calendar days (starting the day following your drop-off) FREE of charge.
    • Laundry items that remain unclaimed after the said 7-day free storage period will be charged a minimum storage fee of PhP ___ per day.

    No Repeat Performance Policy

    • For laundry items that remain unclaimed after 7 days, BzBee’s Laundromat will not be obligated to repeat the performance of service (wash and dry) in case its freshness degraded over a long period of storage.

    Holding of Laundry

    • BzBee’s Laundromat reserves the right to hold, and not to release, all the laundry items that remain unclaimed after the 7-day free storage period without full payment of the storage fee as discussed above.

    SERVICE:

    • A cycle is good for up to 8 kilograms of laundry only. If your laundry is more than 8 kilograms, you need to increase the quantity (STOCK) of cycles in the “ADD TO CART” during checkout. The number of “Stock” indicates the number of cycles you want to use which should follow the 8 kilogram limit of laundry.
    • Please double-check the date (schedule) and time of the slot you are booking before you checkout. Due to some limitations of our booking platform, available historical slots are still bookable. As we strive to make improvements to our website, BzBee’s Laundromat only accepts/honors current and future bookings.
    • Valuable, branded, and/or luxury clothing should be personally hand washed and carefully dried. We assume no responsibility for damaged laundry using our Wash & Dry Bundle, or any service upgrades thereof.
    • Your access to, or use of, this website means that you hereby CERTIFY and AGREE that you have READ COMPLETELY, UNDERSTOOD CLEARLY, and CONCUR/ACCEPT FULLY all the provisions of the Service Terms and Conditions of BzBee’s Laundromat posted in this website, including the associated Booking Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and our Policy on Refunds & Damages, as well as the service/products details posted herein. The same applies to your purchase and/or use of any of the laundry services of BzBee’s Laundromat.

    Customers are required to observe the following safety protocols while inside our shop:

    • Wear face mask.
    • Maintain social distancing

    We implement a “No Mask, No Entry” policy at our Laundry Shop. BzBee’s Laundrymat reserves the right to deny entry and/or cancel any booked slot/service for those who do not wear mask.

    Quezon City Laundry Shop – Wash & Dry with Pick-up & Delivery. We will pick-up your laundry, do washing & drying for you, and deliver it back to you, subject to the terms contained herein!
